Disco divas Sarah Hunt and DJ Darlo are your dedicated hosts and will ensure you enjoy every moment of the Disco Yoga® experience. While DJ Darlo spins disco gold from artists including Diana Ross, Chic and the Bee Gees, Sarah will lead you through seamless sequences, blending classic yoga poses with disco moves. You'll laugh, you'll sing, you'll dance, you'll sweat glitter... “Normal" yoga just won't be the same once you've tried Disco Yoga®!
